About the Family Roots
The Neff side of the family hails from Germany, as well as dose the Scheves'. Sam Neff was born in Noblesville, IN in 1900. Bessie Neff (Owens), born in 1899, is a native of Cincinnati, OH.
Paul Scheve, a Cincinnatian and born on July 25, 1900, married to Clara Johanna Koetter on August 26, 1926. Clara's B-day was May, 23, 1899.
